* If you hover your cursor over a Column header you will see an icon that looks like a key. Click on the icon.

* Click on Custom.
* Click on the First Drop down (it should say equals) and select non blanks.
* Click OK.
* Repeat the same for any additional columns.

This will then display rows that have data in the columns that you have chosen.
