Your data files are located separately to your system files. This makes it very easy if you have to reinstall or you wish to move your installation to another computer.

First of all you will need to locate your user files.

• In Windows XP they are located in c:\Documents and Settings\<your unsername>\My Documents\WineBanq 10\ (or in the case of Home Winemaster they will be in the Home Winemaster 10 directory.
• In Windows Vista they are located in Documents\My Documents\WineBanq 10\ (or in the case of Home Winemaster they will be in the Home Winemaster 10 directory.
•  Backup the whole directory to another media. This could be a USB device, DVD etc.
•  Download and install the latest version of the software.
•  Run the application once. This will create a default set of user files.
•  Restore the files that you have backed up to their correct location.
