| I am unable to paste my registration number into the registration field. |

To enter the registration number into the program that was sent to you upon purchase. Please do the following:
- Start the application (WineBanq or Home Winemaster).
- On the main menu, click on "Help".
- Click on the button labelled "Registration Information". This will display the registration screen.
- Copy and paste the registration number that was sent in your confirmation email.
- Click Save.
- The number is validated against our licence server so you must be connected to the internet.
